SHIPPING POLICY

It is imperative that you insert the correct address at the time of checkout, in order to make sure you receive your package.

We are 100% not liable for incorrect addresses inserted during checkout. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, you can pay reshipment fee of $9.99.

If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to customer inserting the incorrect address during checkout, it is NONREFUNDABLE.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders takes 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING TIME:

We use USPS First Class mail for all shipments. Delivery time takes 3-5 business days after processing and due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed. We are NOT responsible for USPS delay.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are 100% not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package says "delivered" please contact your local USPS or their customer service line 1 (800) 275-8777. By placing your order and agreeing to the terms and conditions during checkout, you have accepted and agreed to this.
